At Étoile Luxury Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pre-loved luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the Étoile authenticity seal is still attached and all original dust bags or certificates are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our vintage experts verify the item's condition and authenticity tags, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
